Rev. Phil Hodson, Designated Conference Minister
Rev. Phil Hodson joined the Pacific Northwest Conference as Acting Conference Minister on February 1, 2024. At a special vote of the Conference, the delegates approved him as the Designated Conference in September of 2024. Phil comes to us from the South Central Conference, where he served as Conference Minister. Before that, he was a local pastor specializing in new church starts and revitalizations. He is passionate about church growth, made possible by sharing our values in the public square. Phil and his wife Joelle are the proud parents of Xander, Xane, Xackary, and Xavier. They currently reside in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Arlene Hobson, Executive Administrator
Arlene has lived and worked in Washington State for over 40 years and has been grateful to have developed her administration ministry in the Conference through working with the many called, interim, acting, and designated Conference Ministers, and other leaders in the Conference. She is a member of Keystone Church in Seattle, where her son is the Music Director.
She has been involved with the Seattle chapter of the American Parkinson’s Disease Association for the past 8 years. She likes to garden, take photos, and read, especially historical novels.

Andy Warren, Accounting Manager
Prior to joining the Pacific Northwest Conference in Nov. 2018 as the Conference Accountant, Andy served as the Chief Financial Officer for several public and private multinational companies ranging in size from $50 million to $300 million. Responsibilities included directing Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Information Systems departments for these companies.
Andy is currently serving as the financial secretary for Everett UCC in addition to his role as the Pacific Northwest Conference Accountant.
